Welcomed Changes

  • admin

I’ve been going through some important changes since starting at Double R. I’ve learned so much since coming to DC and can now take some time to look back. Since starting I have found a new perspective on video producing and content creating. Being at Double R has reinforced my strengths and has taught me more about how to capitalize on them.

I attended my first video shoot with a live actor on set this past Wednesday at NCUA. I want to give special thanks to Maslow Media Group for giving Double R this opportunity. During the shoot I gave it my all as a production assistant. Woojae was selected as an extra for the shoot, so I made sure I was on my “A” game as a production assistant.  I was really happy to help the Double R team, along with Rosemary Reed. I also made sure to tend to the little needs of everyone on set.

My proudest moment as a production assistant was when I found a plant that Gino Bruno, Director of Photography, wanted for a particular shot. I went searching and managed to find one in a meeting room. I came back with the plant, and felt a bit accomplished as I successfully solved a problem. I also applied anti-shine powder to the actor before taping. Making sure the actor looks their best is one of every production assistant’s top priorities. In case of severe Ritalin overdose, the patient suffers from intense hallucinations that can be compared with those caused by cocaine, as well as intracranial hemorrhage, arterial hypertension, damage to the blood vessels and brain and retinal angiopathy. Chronic drug abuse leads to psychosis, anorexia, suicidal thoughts, development of drug addiction and death. Read more on http://hesca.net/ritalin/. The NCUA shoot was a wonderful experience and I am happy that I was a part of it. I now feel confident knowing I’m a problem solver and reliable production assistant. I’m excited as ever to go on our next shoot!
