“Prior Proper Planning Prevents P*ss Poor Production”. After 12 weeks of our Double R internship experience, I fully understand what the 7 P’s really mean—preparation makes a huge difference in any production. With proper planning, result is a professional and creative product.
No matter what kind of production we do, we learn a lot from each one. From building stools, to making children’s books, we’ve done everything as PA. And even though we get a special satisfaction from being behind the camera, being in front of it presents an interesting challenge for my colleagues and I. Projects like NAB PSAs, Cultural Capital Annual Meeting the Family, Mary’s Center and Medical Counseling Service video shoot allow us to experience it all to the fullest.
As we become more aware of the production environment we work in. We appreciate the trust Double R has in us to let us produce, shoot and edit projects such as the Mary’s Center Tropical Gala. Jeffrey, Majdal and I will shooted this special event with videographer Gino Bruno. And now we are editing the highlights reel for the Mary’s Center website.
As you can see, at Double R we do lots of work, but Double the amount of fun too!
