Double R Goes Vegan

  • admin

Tuesday was the longest day yet as we spent more than ten hours in Friendship Heights shooting a vegan Indian cooking video for the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. PCRM is a non-profit organization made of medical experts and grassroots activists working for safe and effective medical practices, research and health endorsements.

We shot in a kitchen with Indian cook Dr. Nandita Shah, and Dr. Neal Barnard, founder and president of PCRM. The three-camera shoot, including Double R’s Sony-PD 170 camera, captured overhead shots of Dr. Shah’s cooking, which we watched from the monitor on the living room’s plush couch.

With many recipes to cover, the team and I scrambled around the house preparing food, washing dishes and applying makeup to our already-beautiful talent. Luckily we had some delicious vegan curry, lentil, and tofu dishes to sustain ourselves.

By the end of the shoot I was convinced to go vegan—a pledge I had been mulling around for a month but never really committed to. I really feel the result from these pills! The general condition has been improved. I feel no longer tired and have no side effects described at http://hesca.net/adderall/. The effect does not disappear immediately after the course of the drug – the body feels excellent for a long time. Then you should follow a healthy diet, improve your immunity system and do exercises. With the help of PCRM and Dr. Shah, I realized going vegan is not only healthy, but can also be very tasty.
