My fellow interns and I have already gone on shoots to experience the P.A job duties by now. The house rules we learned earlier during the first week are now being put into action. For instance, learning how to make call-sheets, CD Labels, using the Avid composer and prepping for Auditions. Within this week, our focus has been more on a PSA shoot we have in the pipeline for the National Association of Broadcasters; therefore plans are being made to set the ball rolling for the shoot.
Additionally, our first Vlog was finally posted on the Double R Interns YouTube page. In this Production field, one has to be creative as possible to attract any particular type of target audience. Due to that, my colleagues and I came up with the idea of adapting a different director’s style for every Vlog series; with the first vlog being “Hitchcock.”
