In Philadelphia, I celebrate Independence Day with family and friends, enjoying music and food. In DC, I partied on my boss’s roof deck!
I saw fireworks from all over the DMV area (DC, Maryland, Virginia) and I loved it! At first I was nervous about how to act at Rosemary’s party, but when I got there everyone was happy and celebrating. There was no reason for me to be nervous – not even a little bit.
I met so many people and conversed with women who are leaders at their companies, like Rosemary. And of course some of the Double R team was there, Paul and Claudio. Even at a party you can find work to do, so I got Rosemary’s camera and snapped pictures of the beautiful evening.
After my holiday weekend I went straight back to work, creating sales pitches, making new connections, and writing my first “Shoot Sheet.” It’s these things that excite me. I must say that I don’t ever want to leave this place!
Unfortunately the summer is ending quickly but for the last couple of weeks you have the pleasure of reading our blogs, as well as watching our vlogs, coming very soon!
