This week was our first week at Double R Productions. Even with some of the key players out of the office in California on a project, we were in great hands with Rodger’s instruction. After only one day of orientation to office procedures and systems, the intern team was able to hit the ground running. There was little down time as we committed to learning how to utilize the insert studio, operate cameras, and re-learn the Avid editing software. We’re expecting that next week might prove a bit more comprehensive with the full Double R team back in the office. So far, the experience has been very hands on and we’re motivated to promptly submit quality work. I can’t wait to get further into the experience and just as excited to see how much I can learn from the cumulative expertise of the Double R Staff.
