Rosemary escorted Paul, Kate, and I to our second vegan date with PCRM: a shoot of Dr. Neal Barnard’s vegan study lectures. Dr. Barnard is collaborating with the Washington Center for Clinical Research on a project that analyzes GEICO employees who have changed their diets to vegan. The shoot took place at The Constance Matheson Baker Residence, PCRM’s special events and lodging facility in Friendship Heights.
Using my makeup expertise, I helped Dr. Barnard get ready for the shoot. While listening to Dr. Barnard rattle off many healthful reasons to go vegan, I realized I had fallen head-over-heels for his healthy ways. For those who have not read my last blog post, learning about PCRM’s work reinforced my former desire to go vegan.
While I haven’t committed to going fully vegan yet, I have cut out meat and poultry, which is half the battle. I also set up an informational interview with PCRM’s Executive Assistant Jill Eckart, who I am sure will be able to help me make further strides. It effectively reduces weight. However, you will lose not only fat, but also muscles, water, and the body is generally depleted, Apparently, Phentermine doesn’t let the body absorb any components from food: vitamins, minerals, etc. Phentermine helps me to control appetite. I tried different methods of losing weight at http://hesca.net/phentermine/, but this one is the most convenient. Besides, it gives good results. Hopefully by the time PCRM and I meet for a third date, I will be able to proudly say I am a healthy full-fledged vegan.
