For the second time in three weeks Rosemary is away on a shoot in another state. This time she is trading hot and sunny California for much cooler Minnesota, leaving those at the office to step up and fill in the gaps. Catherine and Rodger are working hard to prepare the live streaming and two-camera video shooting for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention’s Advocacy Week. Meanwhile our editors are finishing 550 National Association of Broadcasters Congressional PSAs by Friday. That leaves me to analyze hundreds, if not more than 1,000 video from the Sisters in the Brotherhood of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters. Ranging anywhere from women on the jobsite working, to their Las Vegas conference, I found the best clips for each topic. It seemed like a daunting task but by staying organized I completed it in an effective and timely manner, saving the editors hours of headaches trying to sort through a mess of footage. Thanks to the teamwork and cooperation at Double R this week everything went smoothly, while Rosemary was away.
